Distributors
About 20% of our current volume comes from distributors and other printers. We see this number growing in the days ahead and consider your business as a vital part of our future success. Here are some commitments that we make to every distributor that we partner with.
We will provide competitive pricing on projects that fit our equipment allowing you to make the margin you need. On projects that do not fit our capabilities we will inform you and most likely lead you to a source that can meet that need.
We will NEVER call on your clients directly. We do have a sales force that works in the mid Michigan region, but we do not have any future plans to expand our direct sales force beyond our local region.
IF one of your clients calls us directly, our first and only call will be to you! You will direct us as to how to handle each particular situation as they arise.

We will ship proofs and product in YOUR name with our physical address. We will include any of your supplied forms, labels, stickers, etc., that you want us to with all shipments.
We will supply printed samples for you to use in your sales efforts.
We will invoice quickly, usually the day after the project ships.
We view you as more than a customer but rather as a true partner. You are our sales and marketing arm to the clients that you serve. In short: We get it! We understand what you need to make this equation viable for both parties and will do everything we can to accomplish dual profitability.
